Cancellation Policy

I require a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or to reschedule appointments. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. The total amount of the service will be charged for all no show appointments. I understand life happens! If you’re running late please let me know! There will be a 15 minute window to allow for late arrivals. If you arrive after 15 minutes we will have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged 25% of your scheduled service. I DO NOT accept foreign fills!! Please remove any acrylic, gel etc prior to your appointment! If you arrive with product on your nails from another salon we will have to reschedule your appointment and 25% of your services will be charged. All card payments will include a 2.6% processing fee. When booking an appointment a card of file will be required. By signing this document you are allowing Nailssxhannahh to process the card on file in accordance to the cancellation policy.
